Hello and Welcome!

 

In 2020, after spending 22 years as a psychologist specializing in trauma treatment, I was awakened to the fact that the modalities I had been using professionally for decades did not result in real healing and transformation. 

 

This mirrored my personal attempts to heal from my own trauma- lots of talk therapy and prescription medications- yet excruciatingly slow, and sometimes no, progress.  

 

As I began to look outside the box for something more meaningful, I experienced a calling of remembrance back to the ancient wisdom of

sacred plant medicines.

 

After spending a few years doing research, and being trained and initiated both in the realms of science and spirituality, I now believe that the ceremonial use of plant medicine in conjunction with somatic therapy techniques delivered within a supportive community, all while embracing the mystery, is the

Holy Grail of Transformation.

 

I have distilled the wisdom gained from my unique history, training, and trauma initiation and now offer this wisdom in service of

Soul Archeology.

 

The services I offer are a carefully curated alchemy of somatic therapy techniques, devotion, faith, and ceremonial provision of plant medicines built on a foundation of ethics, love, and humility. This process can result in a complete attachment reset and remembrance of your innate wholeness and divinity, allowing you to reclaim your power and purpose and live a more connected and abundant life.

 

We have entered a new era. We aren’t doing this alone anymore. I'll be your witness and your assistant on the journey to remember what has been hidden within.
